At Freegobikes Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new electric bike or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned bike for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
