How long does shipping take for my electric bike?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days via our specialized freight partners.

Do the bikes come pre-assembled?

All Freegobikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. We include a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step assembly guide to help you finish the setup in about 30-45 minutes.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the unit is defective.

What kind of warranty is provided?

Every Freego bike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible customers.

Are the batteries removable for charging?

Yes, all our electric bike models feature high-capacity lithium-ion batteries that are fully removable, allowing you to charge them either on the bike or separately at your convenience.
